I accept - not a big fan of giving up prospects - but with the addition of Walsh I can move Mountcastle to OF, and with the control over him I view him as a proven prospect. Skubal I really like his K's to innings pitched and again with the control on him it is like a prospect in my mind with the control I have on him. Kirilloff was a highly rated prospect had injury issues last year, and hopefully it is behind him - but he will fill a hole i have in OF and if he becomes 1B only then I have a trade piece or a UT. Downs had a down year last year, but until then he had been very solid in the minors and hopefully he will regain his form and he helps my minors at SS - which just took a big hit in dealing Marte.

Baseball America has Julio Rodríguez currently ranked #2 in their Top 100 prospects. Marte is ranked #10.
While Krilloff got off to a rocky start last season, the experts look for him to be a high-ceiling big-leaguer. Walsh turned out to be the real deal last year, hitting .277 AVG / 340 OBP with 29 HR's and nearly 100 RBI's.
I'm just not comfortable in approving this one, yet. Two big-leaguers along with Detroit's projected #2 pitcher, for highly touted yet unproven talent at the major league level. I want to see what others think, prior to casting my vote.

APPROVAL #1.
1. I love the off-season activity and dedication. 2. These are two savy and experience owners (having dealt with both over the last few years) working with their own interest in mind. I trust their judgements. 3. With Dynasty, every teams plans are so diverse it is really hard to gauge value by looking at rankings only. Team’s plans short/long term makes a huge difference. This deal in my view is by no means agregious on either end.
