Twins accept. Looking to create a little roster flexibility. I have depth at OF in the minors (I.e. Trevor Larnach, Estevan Florial, Mickey Moniak, Leody Taveras, et al.) that I expect to be up in the majors to close out the year. So make sense for me to move the salary of Holt off my roster to create cap space as I only have $190K of cap space after my recent trade with the Reds is processed.

Holt isnt anything special and could eventually lose all PT should Josh Jung makes majors come Sept. But this is probably not vetoable.

Holt is also in PAID MINORS meaning if trade is approved he would need to be posted by Astros as a promotion if he wanted him on his 30-man ML Roster.
