DBacks offer: Charlie Blackmon OF Col - $9,000,000 (2021) (TO2022)
Previous Salary: $300,000 (PP2018) as far as I can tell
Player A 2016 120 460 141 35 2 22 68 69 49 128 1 2 .307 .373 .535 .908 2017 119 432 131 26 3 45 104 85 53 128 4 0 .303 .376 .690 1.066
Player B 2016 143 578 187 35 5 29 82 111 43 102 17 9 .324 .381 .552 .933 2017 160 644 213 35 14 37 104 137 65 135 14 10 .331 .399 .601 1.000
Player A is J.D. Martinez who was given a $8,500,000 2-year contract w/TO and Player B is Charlie Blackmon, a player who plays in the rarified air of Denver to put up these numbers, and who may well be traded at the deadline if the Rockies fall out of the race early enough. Given that this contract has the potential to be played outside of Coors Field for the majority of it's length and compared to the contract that was awarded to J.D. Martinez, this is a fair contract offer.
Some other comparable comps:
Mark Trumbo - $8,500,000 Nelson Cruz - $9,000,000 (although at DH) Lorenzo Cain - $9,000,000

It's too low for me.
I don't think these comps are appropriate for Blackmon. Power only guys like JD, Trumbo, and Cruz don't approximate Blackmon's value as an all category contributor. It's important to note that at the time of the JD resigning, he was coming off .307/.373/.535 with 69 runs, 22 HRs, 68 RBIs and 1 SB in 120 games. It's good but nothing like the .331/.399/.601 year Blackmon just had with 137 runs, 37 HRs, 104 RBIs and 14 SB in 159 games. The big year Martinez just put out hadn't happened yet and therefore was not included in the contract negotiations. If he were to be resigned this year, the price would be higher without a doubt. (Final note: it was a 3 year contract with a team option for a 4th year. Two year contracts are not allowed for resigning.)
Cain is a more similar type player but Blackmon is pretty clearly superior across the board (for fantasy). If anything, Blackmon is a souped up version of Cain and should be paid accordingly. I think you need to be closer to McCutchen at $11.5. Even McCutchen never had a season like Blackmon just put up.

Blackmon the last 3 years according to fantrax rankings 2015 ranked 9, 2016 was 6, and 2017 was 2. Just looking back at OF who ranked in the top 10 3 years in a row (hard to do without injury) there were very few - Ryan Braun ($12,000,000) did 2 years in a row - Mookie Betts did 2 years and was 13th the other - Mike Trout did all 3 years - I looked back at Andrew McCutchen before his resign he was ranked 2012 #4, 2013 #4, 2014 #6 - I feel he is a good one to compare to besides the age - he was resigned for a 2 year 11,500,000 deal - So in my opinion I feel $9,000,000 is to low for a player of Blackmons stats - he is projected by fantrax again to be a top 10 OF project #7 - he is 31 years old and will turn 32 this year, so giving 4 year deal I do think you get some discount but I cant see anything below $10,000,000 - $10,500,000

Deny #3 Blackmon is projected as the 11th highest hitter by Fantrax and top 7 based on ADP, your closest comparison is Nelson Cruz and he is 27th and 33rd respectfully.
I would expect a salary of 11M for the term of contract that you select.
