- * As a free league we can not use fantrax to enforce IR rule enforecment. The rule has been in past that once a guy comes off IL you have 2 days to make a roster move which is hard to catch as a free league unless a team makes a roser move that leads us to change FT for open roster spot.

* Penalty - III-B. Use Waiver Pass to demote automatically by TAB if not posted by GM (or Waive of player left on IL too long if out of waiver passes.) if no other IL elg player is on ML roster.

3. Minor League Upkeep - OK

- A. Cap Hit Penalty - With Warning First
* Strike 1: $2 mil cap hit WILL BE APPLIED TO NEXT YEAR.
* Strike 2: $4 mil cap hit WILL BE APPLIED TO NEXT YEAR.
* Strike 3: Frozen from making any transactions until its done (trades, promotion/demotion, waivers).
That means if you have to be told twice to update it that is $6 mil in cap hits for next year which will be kept on spreadsheet

2. Changes To IR

We will increase buffer from 2 to 3 days. If you fail to remove a guy within 3 days you will get a warning first then be required to burn a waiver pass. If you do not post a TAB member will.

3. Minors -- Have Until April 15th before penalties begin

Acknowledge - Rangers, Rockies, Padres, Mariners, A's, Orioles, Twins, Reds, Brewers, Blue Jays, Phillies, Astros, Mets, Angels, Rays, Cubs, Dodgers, Red Sox, White Sox (19)

When New GMs join they will be required to acknowledge this as well.

4. Expanded Playoffs (discussion) - this is much more complex than yes or no.

- B. No - 13

We will not be adding any more playoff teams it will remain 4 of 10 in each league (8 of 20).

5. All-Star Week: Short Vs Long

- A. Short (What we have done) - 12
- B. Long (Would likely Require Some Multi-Matchup Weeks) - 7

All-Star Break will remain a short week.

6. Opening Day Roster
