GM's will have a maximum of 30 DAYS after the last pick in the last round of the corresponding Draft taking place to make picks they have missed, no matter the round. After the 30 days has passed, they no longer have the pick. No exceptions.

Pretty sure its been like 11 days since the last pick was made.
